PDF or CAD set of the architect's drawings — even if they're still at design-development phase. Floor plans, elevations, and any millwork sketches the architect has included.

For multi-family projects: how many units, what the unit-type breakdown looks like (studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, etc.), and target completion date.

Honest budget for the cabinetry build — not the design fee. A range is fine. Even "I don't know" is fine; we'll help you anchor expectations.
